​I use the phoenix as my symbol for two reasons: 1) an illustrious old Qi Gong master has identified my spirit with the legendary bird and 2) I feel the human race needs that resurgent energy now more than ever. So rise with me from the ashes of overwhelm we're all experiencing these days!
