Those are a few of the ways people describe my talks. My favorite speaking topics--in which I have the most research and experience--are natural health, the Eight Limbs of yoga, human potential, and practical spirituality (as distinct from religion).

 

My longest-running speaking stint was four years at the California Polytechnic Institute (CalPoly) in San Luis Obispo, California, where I held weekly sessions I called "Human Being Training." Class sizes ranged from 20-40 and the events became so popular tickets had to be issued. It was one of the high points of my life to work with those young people as they launched their adult lives.

As an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church, my talks are nondenominational and pull from all the great spiritual traditions. I'm told my passion for serving humanity comes through clearly in my lectures, which often include movement and humor to make a point.
